girls are made of sweets and spice and everything nice

Being comfortable in your own skin and coming out as righteously confident is easier said than done. Here are a few reminders to make help you exude that womanly confidence.

Recognize your insecurities and remember that no one is perfect.

Whatever is giving you anxiety, worry and fear is weighing down your self-esteem. Acknowledge them and talk about it with friends and family. This is a chance for you to accept that your past and circumstances are not necessarily all bad.

Identify your success and carry good memories.

Often times we choose to think about our families and bad memories. Let’s try to focus on the positive aspects of our lives. If in Peter pan’s tale you can fly with a bit of fairy dust and some happy memories, then the same goes for real life! Highlight what you are good at and sharpen your talents, you’ll definitely have a lot to be proud of.

Help others.

When you know you’re kind to people around you, and are making a positive difference in other people’s lives, you’ll know that you are a positive force I the world. Making others feel good has a huge side effect of also making you feel good.

Glam up and pamper yourself.

Even if boosting your confidence is mostly from the inside, pampering and fixing yourself has enormous effects on your confidence. Studies show that if we like what we see in the mirror, you’ll feel happier and more confident.
